Terence Paul believes that training is the lifeblood of our company, which is why we pride ourselves on offering the very best education to our to apprentices.  We help them to develop all the skills they need to become expert hair stylists.

At our Cheshire hair salons and Terence Paul Training Academy in Heald Green, we have spent decades developing the best possible training structure for apprentice hairdressers.  It designed to be both engaging and rewarding within a friendly and nurturing environment.

Our apprentices are trained in creative cutting, hair colouring and contemporary barbering.  At the same time they gain invaluable hands-on experience within a bustling salon environment.

  If you join our training scheme you will work 4 days a week within one of our salons in Hale, Didsbury, Bramhill, Knutsford or Wilmslow.  In addition, you will spend 1 day a week in our Training Academy at Heald Green

Terence Paul training runs alongside studying for your NVQ qualification and Wella Studio courses, so you will qualify at the highest levels.

You will be paid to train with us and the best part is you are guaranteed a job with us as a stylist once you qualify. Don't worry if you have no previous hairdressing experience, none is required!
