Tell us a bit about your role I’m a Style Director at our Wilmslow hair salon, with over five years’ experience as a professional hair stylist. I love creating beautiful, wearable hair while delivering a truly personalised salon experience for every client who sits in my chair.

What do you love most about the job? I love making people look and feel amazing. From the moment clients walk through the door to the moment they leave, I’m passionate about delivering a five-star salon experience. My clients inspire me every day, and I enjoy bringing their ideas to life through thoughtful consultation and creativity.

What are your career goals? To continue growing as a Style Director, refining my skills and inspiring both clients and the wider salon team.

What three words describe you? Caring, empathetic and creative.

What's your dream? Winning the lottery and having lots of horses.

What do you love doing when you’re not working? Spending time around horses and enjoying the outdoors.

What did you want to be when you were younger? A famous horse rider.

Who are you and what is your role? Hi, I’m Caitlin, and I’m a Style Director with 8 years’ experience, and 11 years in total within the hairdressing industry. My hairdressing journey so far has been very kind and friendly, and I’ve been lucky to build a wonderful clientele along the way.

What do you love most about being a hairdresser? I love talking to different people every day and making people feel beautiful through their hair. Creating confidence is one of the best parts of my job.

What inspires you as a stylist? Myself. I do this so I can feel more and more inspired to create amazing hair and keep pushing my creativity.

What are your goals within hairdressing? My goal is simply to keep being the best I can, always learning, growing, and perfecting my craft.

How would you describe yourself? I’d describe myself as creative, funny, and caring.

What’s a fun fact about you? I used to be an Irish dancer.

What do you enjoy outside of the salon? I love holidays and taking time to recharge.

If you weren’t a hairdresser, what would you do? Something with animals. I’ve always loved animals — I just never wanted to have to put any to sleep or do anything bad.

Tell us a bit about your role I’m the Salon Manager at our Wilmslow hair salon, and I’ve been part of the company for an incredible 19 years. I started my journey as a young stylist and have gradually worked my way up, gaining experience across all areas of salon life. Even after all these years, I still genuinely love what I do.

What do you love most about the job? Every day is different, which is something I really value. I get the most satisfaction from making clients feel truly special from the moment they walk through the door. I love meeting new people and being part of their lives through all of life’s journeys – from everyday appointments to big milestone moments.

What inspires you? Seeing happy clients is what inspires me to always do my best and keep my work exciting. Nobody likes a dull hairdresser, and I believe great hair should always feel fresh, personal and confidence-boosting.

What are your career goals? To continue creating great hair, while helping to guide and support our team – especially our younger stylists – as they grow in their careers. I also hope to balance my professional life with a happy family life in the future.

What three words describe you? Loving, playful and passionate.

Tell us a fun fact about yourself I’m known for being super bubbly and outgoing in the salon, but outside of work I’m actually quite introverted and often have to build myself up for social situations.

What do you love doing when you’re not working? Sundays are my favourite – an early walk, coffee, a relaxed brunch, and spending as much time outdoors as possible.

What did you want to be when you were younger? My mum used to take me to the salon when she had her hair done, and I was instantly hooked. I always dreamed of becoming a hairdresser, so as soon as I turned 14 I got a job in a local salon – and I’ve never looked back.

Tell us a bit about your role I’m a qualified hair stylist at our Wilmslow hair salon, with over a year and a half of professional hairdressing experience since completing my training. After moving from our Bramhall salon to the Wilmslow team, I’ve loved building strong relationships with my clients, many of whom regularly rebook with me.

What do you love most about the job? I love meeting new people every day and working with so many different personalities. Being creative with haircuts, styling and hair colour is what I enjoy most, and I love helping clients leave the salon feeling confident and refreshed.

What are your career goals? My goal is to continue developing my skills on the salon floor and progress into a senior hair stylist role in Wilmslow, while delivering consistently great results for my clients.

What three words describe you? Kind, ambitious and caring.

Tell us a fun fact about yourself I used to do Morris dancing!

What do you love doing when you’re not working? Spending quality time with friends and family.

What did you want to be when you were younger? From the age of five, I knew I wanted to work in the beauty industry. I dreamed of becoming a hairdresser and beautician, which makes it even more special to be doing what I love today.

Tell us a bit about your role I’m a hair stylist at our Wilmslow hair salon, and I qualified in September 2025. I’ve loved every part of my journey so far, gaining confidence on the salon floor and enjoying the opportunity to create a variety of hairstyles while helping clients feel happy and confident in themselves.

What do you love most about the job? I love creating new looks and seeing how a great hairstyle can lift someone’s mood. Building genuine bonds with clients and making them feel comfortable and cared for is one of my favourite parts of the job.

Who inspires you? Grace Isaacs from our Bramhall salon inspires me with her creativity and professionalism.

What are your career goals? To build an amazing clientele, continue developing my skills, take pride in my work, and be the very best stylist I can be.

What three words describe you? Caring, outgoing and funny.

Tell us a fun fact about yourself I’m a bit of a shop addict and love a good glass of wine.

What do you love doing when you’re not working? If I won the lottery, I’d be living my best life!

What did you want to be when you were younger? I’ve wanted to work in hairdressing for as long as I can remember – it’s always been my passion.
